Darlington Tshuma



Biographical description


Darlington Tshuma, Ph.D is a policy analyst, researcher and development practitioner with extensive experience working with non-profit organisations, the United Nations, Universities, think tanks and policy institutes in Africa, Europe, and the US. He is highly skilled in project management and implementation, fundraising and partnerships, research, project monitoring and evaluation. He is a recipient of prestigious fellowships and research grants and has worked extensively in fragile and post-conflict regions, mainly in the Sahel and the Horn of Africa regions. He has published widely and presented academic and policy papers on topics linked to governance, human rights, democracy, politics, and development at different fora globally. Some of his work has been featured in several prominent media outlets, including South Africa's Mail and Guardian and Daily Maverick, Italy's Affari Internazionali, as well as the Huffington Post and The Conversation Africa.
